·  Site rental in 4 hour blocks (8:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00, 18:00-21:00) (overtime will be charged as a percentage of the block time).

·  Time spent decorating the area in advance will be charged at 40% of the rental fee.
·  Two microphones, one-head projector, one movable whiteboard, podium,poasters and free drinks provided for meeting.
·  If other equipments or usage of eletricity required, please inform us in advance for preparation. Utility Bill charged separately.
·  No (Outside)Food/Drink NTD$100 service fee/ per peraon charged for (Outside)Food/Drink
·  Meals can be offered as meeting refreshments, set table menus, lunchboxes or a buffet (>60 people); enquire with Reservations for costs.
